Belfast Whiskey Week

After the resurgence of Gin, comes the resurgence of Irish Whiskey. And what better way to celebrate the new - and old - distilleries than with a special week of tastings and visits. NIWSI's Vice President,  Alastair Bell, gave two tastings during the week. Distilleries which opened their doors for special visits included Hinch Distillery, founded by Terry Cross of Chateau De La Ligne, Côtes de Bordeaux.
